PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure degree of freedom of design and maintain high compression efficiency. SOLUTION: A cylinder main body 2 is nipped by a front head 7 and a rear head 8, and a high pressure port is formed in the front head 7. Width of end faces on both upper and lower end faces of a roller 3 of a piston 5 differs from each other.
