PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building fitting capable of being used in a variety of parts by utilizing an advantage in enhancement of joining work properties of a building fitting comprising a cylindrical washer portion and a flat insertion portion, increasing connecting strength between the washer portion and the insertion portion, and ensuring sufficient durability as the building fitting for a joint. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the building fitting, in order to increase a contact area in an inner cylinder wall surface of the cup-shaped washer portion 10, the washer portion has ribs 14 protruding inward corresponding to the flat insertion portion. The rib 14 axially extends from a bottom surface 11 of the cup-shaped washer portion in a manner connecting edges 24 of the flat insertion portion, to thereby increase the connecting strength between the cup-shaped washer portions 10 and the flat insertion portion 20.
