PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine capable of being equipped with a box adjacent to another equipment mounted on a working machine body and a cover opening and closing the box and preventing the rotation in the opening direction of the cover from being controlled by the equipment adjacent to the box. SOLUTION: When the cover 3 is opened, the cover 3 is pivoted upward with a first spindle 17a as the center, a bar-shaped member 17 is pivoted in the direction of the arrow 18 with a second spindle 17b as the center by engaging therewith, a pivoting spindle 14 is conducted by the rotation of the cover 3 and the rotation of the bar-shaped member 17 so as to slide in the direction of the arrow 15 along a longitudinal groove 16a, and the cover 3 and the pivoting spindle 14 is moved up to a position by a decorated cover 11 of the front of a fuel tank 10 (the adjacent equipment) without being thereby controlled the rotation in the opening direction of the cover 3 to enable the cover 3 to fully open.
