PURPOSE: Provided is a sunlight conversion device which can supply necessary power to its own battery and an output means so as to allow them to act as a charger if light exists even at the outside free from AC. CONSTITUTION: The sunlight conversion device(2) comprises a plurality of solar cells(10) which convert the irradiated sunlight into an electrical voltage; a mode conversion switch(20) which selects a first mode connecting the voltages outputted from the solar cells in parallel, and a second mode the voltages in serial; and an output means(90) which outputs each voltage from the solar cells after the first mode and the second mode are selected by the mode conversion switch. Preferably the output means(90) comprises a first charge part(30) which acts as a charger capable of charging additional battery by the voltage impressed from the solar cells when the mode conversion switch is converted into a first mode; a first output part(40) which is operated simultaneously with the first charge part and outputs the voltage from the solar cells after the conversion of a certain signal; a second charge part(50) which charges a battery self-constituted at the sunlight conversion device by the voltage impressed from the solar cells when the mode conversion switch is converted into a second mode; and a second output part(70) which is operated simultaneously with the second charge part and acts as a charging terminal supplying a certain direct voltage.
