PURPOSE: A tool fixing device for a long-boring is provided to prevent the shaking of a tool post according to the rotation of a tool by sticking in a lathe. CONSTITUTION: A tool post has a relatively smaller diameter than a processed caliber of a work piece. A tool bracket(20) has a tool holder(21) to hold the tool post. A bush(23) is inserted in the tool holder for a position accuracy of the tool post. A carrying table is combined with the lower part of the tool bracket. A table base is combined with the carrying table to be elevated for vertically and horizontally carrying the tool post around the work piece. Plates are combined with the front and the rear parts of the tool bracket for preventing the shaking of the tool post. Thereby, the selected tool post is installed and removed easily.
