<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely obtain the best printing result customized for every individual user, even if no print setting is made to a print job from the user, by processing the print job in an optimum manner in accommodation with personal information registered by each user. <P>SOLUTION: In this data processor, the personal information set by the user who operates a host PC 3 is acquired, and the personal information registered for each of various users is registered in an external memory.
