<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging and packaging apparatus, which permits arbitrary changing of the supply amount of a powder and/or granule, even if the object to be packaged is the powder and/or granule, and which enables clean supply of the powder and/or granule. <P>SOLUTION: The charging and packaging apparatus A is disposed inside a transport member 5c of cylindrical form that permits receiving the powder and/or granule K from a hopper member that stores the powder and/or granule K, and comprises a screw conveyor member (screw conveyor) 5c3 that transports the powder and/or granule K, and a conveyor drive means (drive means) 5c4 for rotation-driving the screw conveyor 5c3 so as to shift the powder and/or granule K. While located at the carry-out side of the screw conveyor 5c3 for the powder and/or granule K, a discharge port 5c5 is provided at the end side of the transport member 5c and a discharge port vibration-adding means (knocker member) 5c6 that vibrates the periphery of the discharge port 5c5 of the transport member 5c is provided.
