<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid for a liquid jet head for delivering the liquid for deposition on an object of work, wherein the upper limit and the lower limit are defined for the diameters of the particles in the liquid so that no clogging occurs in the jet head aperture even in case the aperture is of an unprecedentedly small size. <P>SOLUTION: The microparticle-dispersed liquid is ejected from a very small aperture of a liquid jet head, with the aperture having a diameter Φ of ≤25 μm and formed in a liquid jet head member made of a metal having a Rockwell M scale number of ≥140, and is deposited on an object of work.
