<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Moromi-su (unrefined Awamori vinegar) processed product which is obtained by compounding an unrefined Moromi-su with a concentrated papaya juice and has a high γ-aminobutyric acid content. <P>SOLUTION: This Moromi-su processed product is characterized by compounding an unrefined Moromi-su with at least a concentrated papaya juice. Thus, the content of a hypotensive substance, γ-aminobutyric acid, contained in the Moromi-su can be increased. When the unrefined Moromi-su is compounded with the concentrated papaya juice and further concentrated or dried, the product can be processed into tablets, capsules, drinkable preparations or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
