<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Moromi-su (unrefined Awamori vinegar) processed product which is obtained by compounding an unrefined Moromi-su with a concentrated papaya juice and has a high γ-aminobutyric acid content. <P>SOLUTION: This Moromi-su processed product is characterized by compounding an unrefined Moromi-su with at least a concentrated papaya juice. Thus, the content of a hypotensive substance, γ-aminobutyric acid, contained in the Moromi-su can be increased.
