PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disposition structure of a high-tension electrical equipment case which makes weight distribution good, and provides excellent commercial property to make good seat arrangement. SOLUTION: In the structure, the high-tension electrical equipment case 30 is disposed on a vehicle body floor 16. If a battery 32 of heavy load is accommodated in the high-voltage electrical equipment case 30, it is not required that the battery is disposed under the rear seat, since the high-tension electrical equipment case 30 is disposed between a driver's seat 22 and a front passenger seat 23 juxtaposed in the vehicle width direction.
