PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method, a program and a storage medium for efficiently performing the issue of license information of software. SOLUTION: A license issuing server 102 transmits display data for displaying a plurality of input areas 108 of identification information DNO for identifying a device 104 to which the software is introduced. A plurality of DNO inputted to the input areas 108 are received, and license information LI for permitting the introduction of the software is issued to the device 104 corresponding to the DNO.
