<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mead having deliciousness which has never hitherto existed, by promoting features of honey, without deteriorating a fragrance, nor a taste, inherent in the honey. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the mead comprises adding the honey in an amount of 8-20% (in weight) to a polyacidic refined rice liquor in a process of production, fermenting the liquor, adding a sedimentation agent thereto, and refining the liquor by filtering it to obtain the mead. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
