<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for maintaining salted rice-bran paste and producing vegetables seasoned in salted rice-bran paste, stably producing vegetables seasoned in salted rice-bran paste and maintaining for a long period salted rice-bran paste in a condition suitable for vegetables seasoned in salted rice-bran paste. <P>SOLUTION: This device is used for producing vegetables seasoned in salted rice-bran paste through burying vegetables in salted rice-bran paste formed in a given container and maintaining the salted rice-bran paste. The device has a main body capable of storing the container for forming the salted rice-bran paste, the container stored in the main body and capable of forming the salted rice-bran paste in the inside, a temperature adjusting part set in the main body so as to act on the container and to keep air temperature in the container at desired temperature, a ventilation part set in the main body so as to act on the container and to ventilate the container, and a freezing part set in the main body so as to act on the container and to freeze and preserve the contents in the salted rice-bran paste forming container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
