PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external heat insulation wall construction wherein an anchor can be easily fixed at the time of installing a scaffold and panels can be partially replaced easily when the wall construction is repaired on a large scale or the external finishing panels are partially replaced, in the external heat insulation wall construction comprising a heat insulation layer provided on an outer wall face of a concrete skeleton of a building and installing the external finishing panel on the layer. SOLUTION: A joint 8 is formed between the external finishing panels 1 in coincidence with a story boundary. The tip end of an anchor female bolt 9 embedded as a spare anchor for installing the scaffold is disposed on the concrete skeleton 6 opposite to the joint 8.
