PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a strip body hardly noticeable in good appearance and improve sealing performance between the strip body and a through-hole without impairing maintenance property by drawing the strip body ranging to internal equipment of a water container through the through-hole in the bottom of the water container to the outside. SOLUTION: In the bottom of the water container G, the through-hole H is formed through which the strip body C is inserted to be drawn out of the inside of the water container G to the outside. A sealing means S located between the through-hole H and the strip body C comprises an outer cylinder O formed into a cylindrical shape with an annular flange portion Of at the upper end to be seated on the upper face of the bottom of the water container G and having an outer peripheral portion fitted to the through-hole H via a sealing material J with water tightness and an inner cylinder I formed of an elastic material softer than the outer cylinder O into a cylindrical shape and having an inner peripheral portion through which the strip body C is inserted. On the outer peripheral face of the inner cylinder I, a tapered face It is formed which can be pressed and fitted into the inner peripheral face of the outer cylinder O. The whole inner peripheral face of the inner cylinder I is put in pressure contact with the outer peripheral face of the strip body C by the pressing and fitting operation.
