PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent device having a good light emitting property at all colors and a good sealing property, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same and an electronic device. SOLUTION: The organic EL device has a red-color emitting layer 60R, a green-color emitting layer 60G, and a blue-color emitting layer 60B between electrodes 23, 50 facing each other. The blue-color emitting layer 60B forming material is formed on the red-color emitting layer 60R and the green-color emitting layer 60G as an electron transport layer 65. An electron injection layer 52 is formed on the electron transport layer 65 and the blue-color emitting layer 60B. One common negative electrode 50 as one out of the opposing electrodes is formed on the electron injection layer 52. The common negative electrode 50 is composed of a first negative electrode 50a made of metal with low work function formed on the electron injection layer 52, and a second negative electrode 50b formed on and protecting the first negative electrode 50a.
