PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric shock or a short circuit during non-use of an outlet and also prevent a tracking phenomenon during use of the outlet with a single outlet cover. SOLUTION: The outlet cover is characterised in that a double-coated adhesive tape 2 is applied to a vinyl plate 1 so that the plate 1 is attached to the outlet 5, holes on the front of the outlet 5 are thereby covered during non-use of the outlet 5, and for use of the outlet 5, a handle 4 is lifted along a cut 3 so as to insert an outlet plug 7, and upon releasing the hold, the vinyl plate 1 is allowed to cover the outlet plug 7.
