PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for a magnetic disk mounting device to be provided with a plurality of magnetic disk units, the cooling structure for efficiently cooling the magnetic disk unit. SOLUTION: The magnetic disk mounting device 51 is provided with a fan 73 efficiently taking in external cool air and generating an air stream, and a duct 75 connected to the fan 73 and guiding the air stream from the fan 73 to each heat generating part (e.g. LSI for controlling reading-in/writing of a head) of the plurality of magnetic disk units 53.
