METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OPTICAL DISK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a satisfactory rugged shape on a middle layer in an optical disk having at least two or more information signal layers. SOLUTION: A first information layer 2 is formed on a substrate 1 and an ultraviolet curing type adhesive sheet 11 is stuck onto the the first information signal layer 2. A heated stamper 21 is pressurized to the ultraviolet curing type adhesive sheet 11. The sheet 11 to which the stamper 21 is pressurized is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. The stamper 21 is exfoliated from the sheet 11 and a middle layer 3 is formed. A second information signal layer 4 is formed on the middle layer 3 and ultraviolet curing resin 12 is applied on the second information signal layer 4 and a light transmissive sheet 13 is placed on the applied ultraviolet curing resin 12. The ultraviolet curing resin 12 is cured by being irradiated with the ultraviolet rays and a protective layer 5 is formed on the second information signal layer 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
