PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce leakage of magnetism and/or electromagnetic wave from a demagnetizing/magnetizing device for demagnetizing/magnetizing a magnetic tag for a system for preventing an article from being taken out without prior notice. SOLUTION: A magnetic reducing unit uses a magnetic shielding casing made of a high magnetic permeability material and the like and equipped with an open/close cover mechanism for taking out/in the article with the magnetic tag for demagnetizing/magnetizing process and a remote switch.
