PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check the entry of suspicious persons and troublesome visitors into an entrance while mutually securing resident's privacy. SOLUTION: A monitor camera 4 and an integrated intercom 5 are arranged on the outside of a shared entrance, an electric lock device 2 for temporarily unlocking a door of the shared entrance in accordance with an unlocking signal from an unlocking instruction button 14 arranged on a residence intercom 6 is also arranged on the outside of the shared entrance and the integrated intercom 5 is provided with a calling button 7b for calling each residence intercom 6, a ten-key part 7a and an outdoor unlocking means 8 for unlocking the electric lock device 2 by a prescribed key. A video control means 20 for transmitting video information from the monitor camera 4 to a television receiver 19 in each residence and an image recorder 21 for storing the video information are arranged on the inside of the shared entrance. At the time of detecting a calling signal from an input means in the integrated intercom 5, the video control means 20 transmits the video information to respective television receivers 19, and when the outside unlocking means 8 is used, controls the video information so as not to be transmitted to respective television receivers 19.
