PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-in compatible heating cooking apparatus having a heating chamber and a heating operating part capable of being disposed on the upper side and enabling an increase in workability and operability by mixing hot air with cooling air with high efficiency by less number of air blowing means to reduce the volume of a mixing part. SOLUTION: In this built-in compatible heating cooking apparatus exposed only on the front face side and stored in a specified storage space and, after a heating chamber peripheral heat flow q exposed produced around the heating chamber by a main heat stream Q from the inside of the heating chamber heated by a heat source and the heat source is mixed with the cooling air CA1, the heat flow q is discharged from an exhaust port 29 to the outside of the storage space. The heating cooking apparatus comprises an air blowing means 51 generating the cooling air by sucking the outside air, an upper heat storage part 53 collecting each heat flow at the upper part of the heating chamber, and a mixing means 55 disposed on the upstream side of the exhaust port 29 and mixing the heat flow in the upper heat storage chamber 53 with the cooling air.
