PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve mechanism capable of producing a stable damping force. SOLUTION: The valve mechanism is provided with a first seat surface 16, an annular leaf valve 30 capable of detaching and seating the upper surface at the inner perimeter side to the first seat surface 16, and a second seat surface 8 to support to make it possible to detach and seat the lower surface at the outer perimeter side of the annular leaf valve 30. A deviation in location in the horizontal direction with respect to the seat surface 16 and the second seat surface 8 of the annular leaf valve 30 is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
