PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife holder satisfactory in safety, convenience, hygiene and cost. SOLUTION: This kitchen knife holder formed of resilient plastic or a plastic-coated wire material has three support parts which hold the side faces of a kitchen knife. A cutting edge part of the kitchen knife is safely held without contacting an outer frame and the support parts to make sharpness last long. Since the whole is of open structure, drying property is very high, and cleanliness is easily maintained.
