PURPOSE: To provide a device for producing Ag ionized water of high quality in which Ag ins are evenly distributed by adsorbing organic matter and chlorine ions contained in tap water and having chlorine ion removed tap water free dropped so that the tap water is converted into Ag ionized water. CONSTITUTION: The device for producing Ag ionized water comprises a case means(10) comprising a body case(11), a first sealed case(12), a second sealed case(13), an inlet(14) through which tap water flows in, and an outlet(15) through which Ag ionized water of high quality flows out; an adsorption means(20) installed in a space part formed by the body case and the first sealed case to adsorb organic matter and chlorine ions(Cl¬-) contained in tap water when level of tap water flown in the inlet of the case means is gradually ascended by water pressure; equal distribution passageways(40) formed as a plurality of holes on the body case to uniformly free drop tap water from which organic matter and chlorine ions are removed by the adsorption means; a Ag ionization means comprising a first electrolysis passageway(64) formed by a first electrode plate(61) and a Ag electrode plate(62) and a second electrolysis passageway(65) formed by the Ag electrode plate and a second electrode plate(63) to convert tap water from which organic matter and chlorine ions are removed through the equal distribution passageways into Ag ionized water; and a Ag ionized water storage part(70) which is communicated with the outlet and temporarily stores Ag ionized water with high quality into which converted by being free dropped to the first electrolysis passageway and the second electrolysis passageway of the Ag ionization means.
