PURPOSE: To provide a strip top end guiding apparatus of coiling facility, the apparatus for improving stability of the coiling facility by guiding the strip such that top end of strip is accurately inserted into a strip grip groove of mandrel. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for guiding strip such that a top end of strip is inserted into a strip grip groove formed on a mandrel of a coiling facility, the apparatus comprises a lower guiding table(20) equipped with a lower belt contacted with the lower surface of strip such that the lower belt is moved in an endless track type and installed in such a way that the lower guiding table is rotationally moved to a lower part of a strip course by a first cylinder(22); and an upper guiding table(30) equipped with an upper belt contacted with the upper surface of strip such that the upper belt is moved in an endless track type and installed in such a way that the upper guiding table is rotationally moved to an upper part of the strip course by a second cylinder(32) and a third cylinder(34).
