<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor allowing a mail sender to apply a desired process to a data file included in an electronic mail, and capable of improving working efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor has: a by-account mode setting table T that is a by-account process assignment means assigning a mail account according to processing contents to the data file; a mail reception means receiving the electronic mail of the mail account; and a data file processing means processing the data file included in the received electronic mail according to the processing contents assigned to the mail account of the electronic mail. Thereby, because the process desired by the mail sender can be applied to the data file included in the electronic mail by only sending the electronic mail to the mail account assigned with the desired processing contents, the working efficiency can be improved to provide the image processor having excellent usefulness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
