摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive application method to a separator for a fuel cell capable of applying an adhesive to a desired part of the separator, and of controlling its application volume. <P>SOLUTION: (1) This adhesive application method is used for applying the adhesive to the separator for a fuel cell wherein a part between the separators adjacent to each other is sealed by the adhesive; and in the adhesive application method to the separator for a fuel cell, an adhesive solution 52 is applied to a surface of the separator 18 by an ink jet method by using an ultrafine ink jet device 50. (2) This application also provides an adhesive application method used for applying an adhesive solution to the separator for a fuel cell wherein a part between the separators adjacent to each other is sealed by the adhesive; and in the adhesive application method to the separator for a fuel cell, the adhesive is applied to the surface of the separator 18 by an ink jet method by using an ink jet device 51.
