ANTI-THEFT DEVICE, ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM, AND ANTI-THEFT METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft device for a construction machinery which can make the construction machinery unusable by a thief even when the construction machinery is stolen, and a code number for operating the construction machinery is grasped by the thief.

SOLUTION: This anti-theft device 1 collates an identification number which is input from a keyboard 4 with an identification number A which is stored in a code number A storage unit 52 at a normal time, and allows the starting of the engine of the construction machinery when they agree. When it is detected that a GPS signal cannot be received at a position calculating unit 54 for a specified period of time or lower, or when the moving speed of the construction machinery which is calculated at a moving speed calculating unit 55 is a specified value or higher, or when an area signal is not detected at an area signal detecting unit 56, it is judged that the construction machinery is stolen. In this case, the identification number which is used for the collation is changed to an identification number B which is stored in an identification number B storage unit 53 for the replacement of the identification number A.
