PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle management system which provides a detail service from an agent to a user who owns an automobile.

SOLUTION: This vehicle management system 10 comprises: a user information master 3a for storing maintenance information for the user's vehicle in association with user identification information; a response example master 3c for storing response information in association with a predetermined condition; a condition determination part 2b for acquiring maintenance information for the user's vehicle from the user information master 3a according to the user identification information acquired from the outside and determining whether the vehicle has the predetermined condition from the acquired maintenance information for the user's vehicle; and a response generation part 2c for acquiring, when the condition determination part 2b determines that the vehicle has the predetermined condition, response information corresponding to the predetermined condition from the response example master 3c to generate a response.
