<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present operations in transactions to individual customers in an automatic transactions processing program and an automatic transactions machine. <P>SOLUTION: Transaction processing is started and operation history information is read out of a history information storage part 15 (step S1). Then statistical information is generated by statistically processing the read operation history information to decide whether transaction processing adapted to a user is to be carried out (step S2). For adapted transaction operation guidance processing, the statistical information is analyzed and an adapted transaction operation guidance corresponding to the past transaction operations of the user is displayed or vocally outputted at a customer operation part 13 to be provided for the user (step S3). When the adapted transaction operation guidance processing is not started, normal transaction operation guidance processing is carried out for the user (step S4).
