SOLUTION: This receiving state information notification system of a portable telephone terminal device 10 for performing transmission and reception with a plurality of base stations 30, 31, 32, and 33 is provided with a portable telephone terminal device receiving state reporting part 17A for receiving the receiving state information of a portable telephone set notified from the plurality of base stations and preparing the report of the notified receiving state information, a measuring part 14A for measuring the receiving states of the base stations on the basis of the received signals from the base stations, and a base station receiving state notifying part 17B for notifying the base stations of the receiving states of the base stations measured by the measuring part from the portable telephone terminal device in cooperation with the report preparation of the portable telephone terminal device receiving state reporting part.
