<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for recovering a used synthetic resin which makes it possible to obtain recovery flakes of high purity of which the mixing rate of impurities is low. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment has a crushing-smashing part 11 which crushes and smashes used PET bottles 1a into an aggregate 4 of the recovery flakes, a chemical-liquid washing part 12 which washes the aggregate of the recovery flakes obtained in the crushing-smashing part, with a chemical liquid, so as to remove matters sticking to the surfaces of the recovery flakes, a stirring-grinding treatment part 13 which brings the flakes into direct contact with each other for grinding by stirring the aggregate of the recovery flakes in a state of being already washed with the chemical liquid and having a little liquid content and a fresh water rinsing part 14 which rinses the aggregate of the recovery flakes treated in the stirring-grinding treatment part, with fresh water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
