PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start one or more of many devices at an arbitrarily set time as well as an alarm clock function, and to acquire weather information from either of BS broadcast, FM broadcasting or a weather sensor. SOLUTION: This system consists of a weather information selection receiving part 9, a weather determining part 14, an external device selection control part 20 having a control means for each external device, a setting part 1 setting selection of the weather information, selection of the external device and the operation time of the external device according to the weather condition, and a control part 5 controlling the whole. The operation time of the weather condition corresponding to the predicted weather from the weather determining part 14 is selected from the operation time according to the weather set by the setting part 1, and the control means for the external device selected by the external device selection control part 20 is controlled with an output signal from the control part 5 when the selected operation time is in agreement with the present time.
