PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery housing structure of a device having a battery chamber for housing the battery, and a mobile terminal communicating with outside by the electric power supplied from the battery housed in the battery case, which surely prevent looseness of a battery housed in a battery chamber with higher reliability. SOLUTION: The battery structure has a member of preventing dislocation of a battery rubber 13 for preventing the dislocation of a battery rubber 12 to an opening side, wherein a bottom plate 111 has an opening 111a at a part facing the rubber 12 and at least a part of the member 13 is entered into the opening 111a of the plate 111.
