PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer organic EL display device with high luminous efficiency and a long life, its manufacturing method, and a manufacturing device for the same. SOLUTION: Of the polymer organic EL display device provided with an anode, a hole transport layer, a luminous layer, an electron transport layer, and a cathode, the concentration of sulfate ion contained in a material constituting the hole transport layer is to be 50 ppm or less. In order to manufacture such a polymer organic EL display device, the hole transport layer is formed with the use of an ink jet device equipped with a means for removing ionic impurities contained in the material for the hole transport layer.
