PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carriage for food processing wherein steam is efficiently supplied to efficiently and nearly equally steam food for processing. SOLUTION: As for the carriage for food processing, a cartridge 40 having an opening 46 at its top surface is supported by a supporting member 20 and arranged at a position where the jetting hole 14 of a jetting pipe 13 for jetting steam is communicated with an introduction port 44 for introducing the steam into the inside of the cartridge 40, and a food housing case 30 which houses food therein and has a plurality of punching holes 35 for putting the steam through bored at its bottom surface is arranged over the cartridge 40. Thus, the steam jetted from the jetting pipe 13 and introduced into the inside of the cartridge 40 through the introduction port 44 is released upward from the opening 46 and efficiently enters the inside of the food housing case 30. Since the inside of the food housing case 30 is filled with the steam by a cover 33, the steam is nearly equally permeated to the food.
