PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank device and its manufacturing method capable of reducing cost. SOLUTION: A float 12 is formed in the integrally connected state to an upper cover 13 in the state where a shaft 20 is arranged in a water feed pipe 15. In this case, a ring 22 of the float 12 is partially connected to the base end of the water feed pipe 15 through a connection part 26.
