PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a screw head within a clamp outer diameter by providing a recess in one surface of a cut part of a ring, and putting the screw head of a screw body into the recess. SOLUTION: In this clamp lock screw structure, the recess 30 is provided in the cut 5 in the ring body 1, and part of the outer circumference 8Aa of the screw head 8A of the screw body 8 is put into the recess 30.
