PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capital member of which the capital part is precast in order to secure the execution accuracy of a complicated reinforcement arrangement part in the capital section changing from an underground RC part to a ground S part, speed, cost, and quality, and a construction method of a PCFT column using the same. SOLUTION: The precast columnar capital member 1 used for connection of the column head of composite reinforced concrete column 3 and the leg of reinforced concrete steel pipe column 2 has an insertion hole of the column main reinforcement of the reinforced concrete steel pipe column 2 piercing from the contact face with the reinforced concrete column 3 to the contact face with the reinforced concrete pipe column 2 and a sleeve joint fitting the column main reinforcement of the reinforced concrete column 3 from the contact face with the reinforced concrete column 3, and further, an anchor bolt 11 for fixing the reinforced concrete steel pipe column 2 is embedded in advance.
