PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tent structure which can efficiently exchange air in the tent while maintaining the interior space thereof in a negative pressure or a positive pressure. SOLUTION: The tent structure can maintain the interior space thereof in a negative pressure or a positive pressure. The tent has an intake port and exhaust port to allow forced intake and/or exhaust of air via a filter, and it is self-supported even when intake and exhaust of air does not take place. If the tent is self-supported by a skeleton formed of air tubes, a take-in passage of equipment etc. in an emergency is secured. Further if an awning of the tent has an outer awning arranged outside the skeleton which supports the tent, an inner awning arranged inside the skeleton, and a floor sheet forming a floor surface of the tent, and at the same time if the outer awning or/and the inner awning are connected to the floor sheet by a fastener or the like, the airtightness in the tent is improved.
