PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layer structure and a method for producing a tile carpet using a ready-made plasticized PVC flexible sheet as a lower layer by integrating the same with a fabric layer of glass fiber aggregate, and the plasticized PVC flexible layer composed of plasticized PVC paste wherein each layer of the carpet is strongly integrated and sufficiently expressing dimensional stability which is an effect of insertion of the fabric of glass fiber aggregate. SOLUTION: The tile carpet has a layer structure in which each of the glass filament 57 constituting the fabric of the glass fiber aggregate is included by the adhesion promoter 58, and is strongly bonded with each of the plasticized PVC flexible sheet layer 28 and the plasticized PVC flexible layer 30 because of the compatibility with them by using the fabric of glass fiber aggregate which includes adhesion promoter in the manufacturing process. The layer structure which fully exhibits dimensional stability as the effect of inserting the fabric of glass fiber aggregate, is obtained by the structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
