PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pique fabric having thick and thin appearance, capable of being woven by straight draw method and having emphasized concave and convex impression by specifically combining colors of warp and weft yarns. SOLUTION: The pique fabric has one complete texture constituted by arranging two warp ridge parts H<SB>A</SB>and H<SB>B</SB>comprising two or more warp yarns, and two flat parts L<SB>A</SB>and L<SB>B</SB>comprising two or more warp yarns in the order of H<SB>A</SB>, L<SB>A</SB>, H<SB>B</SB>and H<SB>B</SB>. The one complete texture has≤16 counts of warp yarns. The weft yarn at a weft-float texture point of the L<SB>A</SB>and the L<SB>B</SB>neighboring the H<SB>A</SB>has the same color as the warp yarn at the edge part of the neighboring H<SB>A</SB>, and the weft yarn at a weft-float texture point of the L<SB>A</SB>and the L<SB>B</SB>neighboring the H<SB>B</SB>has a different color from the warp yarn at the edge part of the neighboring H<SB>B</SB>.
