PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and stable method for producing a matrix type percutaneously absorbable preparation obtained by formulating a sublimable and/or thermally decomposable medicament in a powdery and/or crystalline state at normal temperature with a matrix sandwiched between a base material sheet and a release liner. SOLUTION: The method for producing the percutaneously absorbable preparation comprises a first step for forming the matrix on either one surface of the base material sheet and the release liner, a second step for adding the medicament to the formed matrix, and a third step for pasting the other of the base material sheet and the release liner on the surface of the matrix to which the medicament is added.
