An assembling box capable of suitably preventing the side displacement thereof when it is stacked in multiple stages and allowing the easy assembly thereof, comprising a bottom plate (21), a front plate (26), a rear plate (27), a left plate (28), a right plate (29), a front and left plate connection plate (30) connecting the side of the front plate to the side of the left plate, a front and right plate connection plate (31), a rear and left plate connection plate (32), and a rear and right plate connection plate (33). Each of the front plate (26) and the rear plate (27) is formed of outer plates (36) and (39) and inner plates (38) and (41) formed integrally with the outer plates through upper edge plates (37) and (40). Locking holes (49) for inserting the locking piece (54) of a top plate therein and guide pieces (50) connected to the outer plates are formed on the upper edge plates by forming recesses in the upper edge plates. Continuous displacement prevention holes (48) are formed in areas ranging from the edge part of the bottom plate to the edge parts of the outer plates.
