PURPOSE: An optical disc turntable using a washer and its manufacturing method are provided to install a washer instead of a spring support step in order to prevent a spring from being separated and maintain a horizontal movement of the spring. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a clamp, a spring(15), plural clips(16), clip supports(18), and a washer(25). The clamp includes a combination hole, an opened installation space, and plural assembly holes. The combination hole is combined with a motor axis of a spindle motor. The assembly holes are equidistantly formed along the outer circumference of the clamp. The springs(15) are equidistantly installed within a space in the clamp. The plural clips(16) connects to the springs(15), are also inserted into the space in the clamp, and are protruded via the assembly holes. The clip supports(18) prevent the clips from being separated. The washer(25) is vertically inserted to a washer stopper for preventing the spring from being separated and maintaining a horizontal movement of the springs(15).
