PURPOSE: A shoe insole is provided which has enhanced functionality including increased ventilation, fast removal of sweat from the foot area within the shoe, efficient avoidance of a hot feeling, an unpleasant odor, and a risk of diseases of the foot by forming a sheet of the insole using jade and yellow soil. CONSTITUTION: The shoe insole(A) comprises: a sheet(8) containing jade powder and yellow soil; netting sheets(2,4) containing jade functioning to stimulate the bottom of the foot to exert massaging and acupressure effects and to promote blood circulation and metabolism; and a cover(10) dyed with yellow soil having numerous enzymes beneficial to the human body.
