DEVICE FOR REMOVING CUTTING BURR FORMED ON BOTTOM OF SLAB BY ROTATING INSERT CHIPS ADJACENTLY TO BOTTOM OF SLAB

PURPOSE: To provide a device for removing cutting burr of slab, the device capable of removing cutting burr adhered to the bottom of slab by using insert chips continuously rotated and preventing damage of the device due to high temperature by rotating the insert chips by an air motor. CONSTITUTION: The device for removing cutting burr of slab comprises a body which is installed between guiding rolls of a roller table on which slab is moved, and at both ends of which a lifting and lowering cylinder is installed; a bellows cylinder(20) installed on the upper surface of the body; a holder(30) rested on the upper surface of a rod of the bellows cylinder and elastically installed by a spring(21); an air motor(40) installed inside the holder and rotated by air moved to an air inlet(31) and an air outlet(32) respectively formed on upper and lower parts of the holder; a rotary member(50) installed on an upper part of the air motor such that the rotary member is rotated along with the air motor; and insert chips(52) installed on the upper circumferential surface of the rotary member.
