IN VIVO GRAFTING MATERIAL

摘要

An in vivo grafting material, comprising a composite body having a porous- o r non-porous resin molding having pores of less than 45 .mu.m in pore diameter or having no pore and organism tissue shielding capability and a porous resi n molding having pores of 0.45 .mu.m or larger in pore diameter and organism tissue advancing capability. The material is so formed that a part of the porous resin molding is exposed to the outside and the organism tissue can b e advanced to the exposed part.
