PURPOSE: A method for managing customer information through events on the Internet is provided to obtain correct information for latent customers and efficiently manage customers based on the corrected information. CONSTITUTION: The customer inputs the customer information for applying for goods by connecting to a service site(S4). A customer information database is built by storing the inputted customer information(S5). A message is sent to the corresponding customer by using the customer information database. After inputting a keyword according to a search condition, search is performed by using the customer information database. An application status is inquired by using the customer information database.
